V-seal can be applied to seal and protect brand new concrete, and can be SAFELY applied within minutes of
the concrete being poured, about as soon as concrete contractors have finished. Sealing concrete so early will
protect it from staining that may never come out once the stain has permeated into an unsealed concrete surface.

In addition, have you looked at your interior tile floors recently? Notice how the grout is lighter around the edges of the
floor than it is in the middle of the floor. Now take an old toothbrush and scrub it on that darkened area. What you see
on the toothbrush is nasty old kitchen and or bathroom waste, as well as whatever has been tracked in from outside
and become imbedded in your grout.

We have a process where we can safely clean your tile floors. We have a piece of equipment that works much like a
carpet cleaning machine. It attaches to a pressure washer and will clean your tile floors and grouting, while vacuuming
up the dirty water as it works! When we have finished this, your tile and grout will be just about as clean as anyone
can clean it, and floors will be dry within just a few (15 or so) minutes.

Now consider protecting your freshly cleaned grouting! Normal cleaning, even regular mopping with hot water will take
a heavy toll on the grouting on your tile floors. When grouting does deteriorate, repair and replacement can really be
expensive! Most grouting is silicone based, and many cleaners (especially solvents) and even hot water will soften
the grout, and it may not harden back properly, or at all…

Please consider V-Seal as an affordable and effective way to protect your grouting. It is considerably less expensive,
but still harder and more durable than epoxy grouting.

V-Seal is a clear deeply penetrating sealer that has cementitious properties, and when applied will chemically bond
to the grouting to make the grout even harder and more waterproof than it ever was before.

After sealing your grouting with V-Seal, any future cleanings will then be cleaning contaminants OFF of the sealer
instead of OUT of the grouting!

V-Seal is also WONDERFUL when applied to exterior concrete and masonry, after proper cleaning with traditional
concrete cleaning techniques, or using a WATERLESS concrete cleaner we offer for certain applications (see below).
