someone for your exterior pressure cleaning needs. We can help you by
pressure
cleaning (we use HOT water, commercial-grade equipment) your hard surfaces, such as concrete, brick, tile, etc.,
and your service / dumpster areas.
We can work for you on a one-time only basis, intermittently, or even
schedule you for monthly service.
We can give you a FREE demonstration of our HOT water pressure cleaning
services to show you what HOT
water equipment can do.
When we do monthly pressure cleaning for a regular commercial customer, we will also pressure wash your
building once a year at N/C as a part of that monthly service.
We can provide references from GM's of other restaurants we do work for,
and we will show you documentation
of our licensing and insurance
information.
When we do pressure cleaning for you, we will set a base price, for which we will be paid in cash or check, and we
are flexible in how we deal with charges and billing for any services for any amount over that base figure.

CASES WE CAN DO WORK FOR YOU FOR PARTIAL "COMPS" !!!
If your location has any kind of aluminum roof panels, we can clean that surface, and apply the NyalicŪ coating to
those types of surfaces (or to others, such as windowframes, kickpanels on doors, stainless steel in kitchen,
fixtures in kitchens and restrooms), all at very fair prices.
If you ever have us do any NyalicŪ coating, concrete sealing or topcoating, or sealing grout on interior tile floors,
we can accept comps for up to 50% of the total cost of those services.
We have restaurants who have been monthly customers for as much as 6 years,
and once we establish prices that
we both are happy with, we seldom raise our base prices.
When we do work for a restaurant, when any management or employees need work
done at their homes we offer
