  Our Equipment

Just like most other pressure washing services, we have cold water pressure washing equipment, ranging up to
4,000 psi @ 4.0 gpm. (Please see section titled
"Why use HOT water" for more explanation about pressure and
flow ratings) but we try to offer you MORE in terms of productivity and value for what you spend to get what you
need done...

We also have HOT water commercial-grade equipment.  One example is a 3,500 psi / 5.2 gpm, 20HP Honda powered
trailer-mounted HOT water machine, that can carry up to 660 gallons of water for those jobs where access to water,
or even where low water pressure is a problem.  Another trailer unit is a 3,000psi / 5.0 gpm 13HP Honda powered,
also trailer-mounted HOT water machine, that can carry 225 gallons of water.

We usually run 2 person - 2 machine (1 cold / 1 HOT) crews for more productivity.  The HOT water machine will do
the heavy cleaning, while the other machine is used for lighter work, always for houses, cleaning around the edges
of concrete, and rinsing and clean-up, etc.

We can get much more done this way, but our hourly rates are still very much comparable to what other one machine /
one person services may charge.

In addition to being able to carry our own water, we also have generators, pumps and compressors to supply power
to our sprayers and other equipment, so we can usually do our work outside of your normal business hours.

WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING OUT OUR EQUIPMENT - we will always have trailer
mounted equipment (with the ability to carry our own water supply), but we are converting to cold-water only pressure
washing equipment, and using "HOTBOXES" that are designed for that purpose to heat the water. This means that all
of our equipment will be cold-water, but all of it can also generate HOT water when necessary.

We will always be able to generate pressure up to 4,000 psi, with flow up to 5.6 gpm, and we have the connections to
join two machines together to feed one cleaning device when necessary, like for SERIOUS commercial flat-surface work.

PLEASE contact us for any questions you may have about how and why we do things the way we do them.
