  Concrete Pressure Cleaning

Does your concrete look like it could use some TLC???

We can pressure clean your concrete driveway, front walk, and front step/stoop (also ask us about adding your
sidewalk, curb, patio, brick, tile, grouting, pool deck, or any other "hard" surfaces for reasonable prices).  As you
will see elsewhere on this website - we also have HOT water commercial-grade equipment available, for more difficult
pressure cleaning jobs (when necessary).  HOT water does a much better job on spots caused by oil, grease, chewing
gum, etc. Please refer to section elsewhere in this website pertaining to "Hot Water".

Basically, our prices for pressure cleaning concrete are as follows:

Measure the length of your driveway, and multiply that figure by $1.25.  We figure a price of $1.25 per linear ft. based
on the length of the driveway ONLY, and we will include cleaning the front walk and step/stoop, etc., at NO more
additional charges.  We will also add other surfaces mentioned above at additional, but still fair, prices.

When you look at other pages of this website, you will see our offerings for concrete sealing.  If you have us seal your
concrete surfaces within 60 days (90 days during the months of January thru March) from the date we pressure cleaned
your concrete - we will discount the entire price you paid us to pressure clean those surfaces we seal later...

We can clean your garage or other floors (concrete or other hard surface, EVEN TILE AND GROUTING) where the walls
are near drywall WITHOUT EVER getting the drywall wet. We use a flat surface cleaner that will deep clean the floor
surface, then vacuum up its own water, and leave floors dry within 15-20 minutes.

We ALSO offer WATERLESS concrete cleaning, that is great for cleaning concrete areas around hydrocarbons
(residue from automobiles). We can clean your concrete surfaces WITHOUT the pressure cleaning / water recovery
issue related to the EPA “Clean Water Act”. Whether it is enforced or not it IS the law, that states that ANY water
(even one little drop) that could possibly end up in any storm drain MUST be recovered and either recycled or disposed
of properly. Violations could result in an up to $10,000 fine (for EACH occurrence) levied against EACH of the cleaning
service violating the law AND the business property that allows the violation! Not knowing about the law is usually not
considered to be an acceptable excuse, especially when dealing with a bureaucracy!
