Commercially - we always use HOT water commercial-grade equipment as described elsewhere in this website.
Please see sections describing our equipment, and how we feel about HOT water.  There is no need to repeat that
information here.

We usually use 2 person / 2 machine teams to give you better productivity, while our labor rates are usually no more,
and often less than those of our competitors.  For restaurant work we will accept part of our payment in "comps"
also noted elsewhere in this website.  We will also offer to do FREE demonstrations of how much better results you
will get with HOT water equipment.  Many services may tell you that cold water is all you need, because that is
ALL THEY HAVE.  If our HOT water services cost no more, and often less than competetors offering cold water only
service, you should get more for your money by at least trying our services.

We clean almost any outside surfaces, such as concrete and other "hard" surfaces, buildings, service and dumpster
areas.  We will clean the entrance to your storefront (front of bldg. and concrete, etc.) for a VERY fair price, and we
will normally be done and gone by the time you open for business.

For any business we do work for, we also offer our services to the employees and management of that business at a
discount when they need work done at their homes.

Commercially, V-Seal products, and NyalicŪ coatings are specially priced (reduced by as much as 30% OR MORE)
to businesses who regularly use our pressure cleaning services for an extended period of time. Please contact us for
