There is MUCH more to pressure washing / cleaning than just water pressure.  Pressure washers come in many
sizes, ranging up to many thousand psi (pounds per square inch) with a flow rate of many gpm (gallons per minute).
You often hear about measuring the psi X the gpm (say 3,000 psi X 4 gpm to get a total of 12,000 "cleaning units")
in essence, a number some seem to like to use to evaluate the "cleaning power" of any machine. The "flow-rate"
and having HOT water is as, or even more important than just having a high pressure rating.

Usually, to clean houses or decks, 2-3,000 psi, when used PROPERLY, and when using the right wands and tips, is
FAR MORE than adequate to do almost any job.  Higher pressures can damage a wood deck or fence (by raising the
grain in the deep cleaning process) if the operator is not knowledgable and careful in how he uses his equipment.

Let the water flow and the CHEMICALS do the majority of the actual cleaning work, and let the water flow do the
rinsing in a way that excessive pressure is not necessary.

Higher pressures, averaging 3,500+ psi or more do a much better job cleaning hard surfaces, such as concrete, brick,
block, tile, grouting, etc,  We have never really needed more than 3,500 psi for anything we do since we have been in
business.  We have equipment with flow-rates up to 5.6 gpm, which gets better results than using higher water
pressure with a lower rate of flow.

Now we add HOT water into the equation.  Hot water agitates better, it cleans better, it rinses better.  For the same
reasons we wash clothes, dishes, hands, or take showers in HOT water, it will remove dirt, grease, and grime that
cold-water only equipment cannot touch. Tell a Restaurant or Kitchen Manager that they have to operate their
restaurant without hot water, or go there to eat knowing that...

Some other services who tell you cold water is all you need, usually say that because THAT IS ALL THEY HAVE!!!
