- Tile & Grout floor cleaning, related grout sealing and color sealing (changing the
color of the existing grout). Tile and grout repairs, regrouting, restoration, doing
work on all kinds of tile floors, as well as for countertop surfaces, and any tile found
in your kitchen, bathroom and shower areas. With as many homes and businesses
as there are in the Islands with large areas of tile flooring to maintain, we can be
there for you when you need us.
- Cleaning and maintenance services for almost any other similiar hard surface
(non wood) floor surfaces. General pressure / power washing / cleaning falls into this
service category.
- Concrete (pressure) cleaning (hot water, using proper, commercial-grade equipment).
- Dumpster and back dock area (pressure) cleaning (hot water, commercial-grade
equipment).
- WATERLESS concrete cleaning, for places with water shortages / restrictions,
where conservation is a concern, or where hydrocarbon (auto, marine, aircraft, diesel)
runoff could be a problem causing concerns with EPA regulations. GREAT for use
around drive-up window areas, and around gas and fuel pumps. Think green to help
conserve water in the Islands.
- While we are thinking "green" let us professionally clean your solar panels / cells. We
have been through specific training to be able to properly do solar panel / cell cleaning
for you. We are also fully insured, in case any panels are ever damaged, which can
happen on rare occasions, no matter how careful someone is while cleaning and
maintaining them. We are also associated with qualified professional installers who can
help you with other needs related to your solar panels / solar cells.
- We can process our own de-ionized / deionized water, to eliminate water spotting and
streaking on any glass (or most any other) surfaces (and solar panels / cells) we clean.
Very effective for large surface areas of large glass windows and curtain walls on the
exterior of any buildings we service. Deionized water will also keep your auto, bike or
boat, aircraft from water spotting when you detail them - no more towel drying to
remove those spots. We can also filter and deionize catchment water for use in ANY
of our cleaning processes and services. We can also sell you deionized water in any
amount you need. Remember, think green for these beautiful Islands!
- Concrete cleaning, sealing, THEN staining with high-quality protective clear stains
and custom colored stains, acid washes, acid etching, etc. V-Seal has the very highest
quality penetrating concrete sealers on the market. They can be applied the very
same day the concrete is poured. Protect your concrete from stains before it ever has
a chance to get stained in the first place.
- Residentially and Commercially, we offer traditional pressure / power washing. We
can clean, and even help you control the mold and mildew issues everyone has that
are always such a big problem here in the Hawaiian Islands.
- We can clean, then seal / stain (Cabot, Baker's / TWP or equivalent products) your
wood decks, docks, fences, outbuildings, siding, rails and railings, porch furniture (see
link below to before and after photos of what we can do while restoring wood surfaces).
Protect your expensive wood surfaces by proper cleaning, sealing, staining them
when necessary. Also, using high quality stains and sealants is VERY important to do.

- We use a "Cherry Picker" to safely do "2nd story" cleaning and maintenance work.
- Application of a very effective anti - skid / non - slip material (Trusty Step) to "slick
when wet" floors and floor surfaces, where they will no longer be "slick when wet."
Help to avoid expensive slip-and-fall accidents and lawsuits by proactively trying to
prevent them.
- We are also planning to bring our Dry Ice / CO2 Blasting (cleaning) technology with
us to the Islands, once we have determined that there is enough business to warrant
doing it. The equipment is expensive, and we don't want to bring it here unless we can
justify doing so. This type of cleaning is MUCH more effective, takes considerably less
time to for us to clean than using any other media, with MUCH less affect on the ecology,
with MUCH less, and easier cleanup, than ANY other similiar cleaning process we have
ever seen or used, including pressure washing, soda (wet or dry) blasting, sandblasting,
bead blasting or ANY other cleaning process. CO2 / Dry Ice cleaning is TOTALLY safe,
with ZERO issues related to water restrictions, environmental issues, cleanup, concerns

CO2 (also known as Dry Ice / Cryogenic) Blasting / Cleaning is OUTSTANDING for most
